Daniels Ev is an exclusive luxury 4-bedroomed (2 x double, 2 x twin beds) villa built to a very high standard.  It’s ideal for either a large family or close friends holidaying together.  Palatial in both style and outlook, Daniel’s Ev has a gorgeous private pool surrounded by a large terrace area where you can recline on a lounger, relax and soak up the sun and enjoy the mountain view. Situated in a quiet, secluded area within an exclusive electronically gated development of only five privately owned villas.  Daniel’s Ev is surrounded by it’s own landscaped gardens, it has a really exclusive air about it.  The private overflow pool is 10m x 5m and is available for your personal use, surrounded by a large sun terrace where sunloungers and umbrellas are provided.  It can be accessed from the downstairs ensuite master bedroom or from the lounge or the kitchen, making it perfect for a swim before breakfast.  There's also a patio area with a large dining table and 8 chairs – perfect for al fresco meals.  Take a look inside and you'll see the owners have really lavished attention on the property.  The rooms are spacious with delightful cool tiled floors and good quality modern furniture.  Downstairs, there's an open-plan lounge area.  It's light and airy and comes accessorised with large comfortable sofas and satellite TV and DVD.  The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) have ensuite lavatory, basin and shower and have air conditioning.  The master bedroom upstairs has doors opening on to a large balcony.  All bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes and chest of drawers with a mirror above.

Another reason to stay at Daniel’s Ev is the location. The villa is situated in Alsancak, between the village of Lapta and the picturesque Kyrenia harbour. The popular Escape Beach is only a short walk away. There is free membership available to guests for Sunset Beach Club in Lapta where you can have a go at various water sports and activities, including fishing, quad biking, jet ski’s etc. Plus, for those days when you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Restaurants range from local Turkish style kebab houses to top quality European cuisine. Should you fancy a flutter there is a wide choice of casinos where you can try your luck. If you want to dance and let your hair down there are a few discos open during the summer season. Car hire is recommended and can be organised for you.
